Why this module matters now
Before a DAO can scale, it needs people who can communicate, organize, recruit, and build trust across the ecosystem.
That is why recruiting is one of the first major modules in this documentation site.
How this module connects to the roadmap
Recruiting is not separate from strategy. The roadmap module defines the values, milestones, and long-term direction that these roles are meant to serve.
